apparently most of the drivers said it was a nauseating circuit because it was so twisty. Rindt once said that the drivers would pull down their masks so they could let it all out on the side of the car
2:52 wow, lol. One of the most amazing F1′s chassis ever used, late 60′s early 70′s. It’s simplicity and the engine without any cover makes it GORGEOUS, you can see almost every thing, very rude and unique. Awesome upload!!! 10/10*
There were no slick tyres in Grand Prix racing in 1970. They didn’t appear until ’71. Dry-weather tyres, then, had a tiny, vestigial tread; just small, unconnected grooves.

great respect to all the drivers who dare to hurtle down and up these serpentines at full speed! This track is more thrilling than Nordschleife

Damals fuhr die Formel 1 noch auf Landstraßen und die Zuschaue waren ganz dicht an der Strecke. Das DSF sollte mehr Sport zeigen.
