That comparation in impossible… you know, F1 changed a lot in the last years. To me, Fangio’s F1 and Senna’s F1 are not the same sport. I shall add Schumy to your list. I don’t know what position he deserves, but he should be on it, sure.
1) Nuvolari 2) Nuvolari 3) Nuvolari… Immenso!
Hard to said… Nuvolari have this little something: He was thinking when driving, he always know what he what and never made a misting whith he’s choice, and the realisation of he’s goals was at the centre of he’s preoccupations and act to the way to do it… So, he will probably be more then an average driver today because of he’s character.
Well, what you say comes from your heart!Let’s say that his great stuff should be widely refined (finished) to suit todays F1 driving requirements and he would be easily wasting
those points making the difference in the 30es=He could surely be a good driver but may be no more an outclass=
I would like to see Nuvolari in a modern Formula 1 car. The things he was doing with these old superformulas…….realy amazing…..he could get 120% of those cars and I thing that with a bit of a practising he could beat all the guys in modern Formula 1 easily.
Nuvolari é al di sopra della gente…..
Grazie Lucio….

maybe they made lousy cars in the 1930′s but in the 1960′s they were world leading without doubt
also throughout the 1970′s they led the way as well

That’s a good point – I knew him as a highly talented fully emotional driver- so,nowaday may be not a top one but more than average….
I agree=
